Frequently Asked Questions

Yes! We can acquire your property in its current state, no matter the circumstances—whether it’s facing pre-foreclosure, encumbered by tax liens, affected by divorce, involved in probate or inheritance issues, burdened with an open mortgage, simply in need of downsizing, vacant, or even if it’s an expired listing!
Absolutely! We purchase properties whether they are occupied by owners, tenants, or are vacant. You don’t need to wait for a tenant’s lease to expire. Occupancy does not impede your ability to sell or our ability to buy your home.
Once we reach a verbal agreement, a written contract will be prepared and signed by both parties. All relevant documents, including the contract, will be forwarded to our attorney. We will make an Earnest Money Deposit and initiate a Title Search. The attorney from the Title Company will contact you and provide a Seller’s Information Sheet for you to complete. After the title is confirmed clear, both parties will be notified, and we will proceed to close!
